Existing service request systems, whether proprietary or third-party applications, can be seamlessly integrated with AssetWorks EAM, providing citizens the ability to use existing service request systems to report issues around the community. Reported issues are then automatically routed to the appropriate area of responsibility within AssetWorks EAM, and user-defined notifications can be sent via text or email to the citizen.
Unlimited web portals
An unlimited number of highly configurable service request portals may be created to accommodate a variety of end users including internal staff, citizens, dispatch/call centers and more. Each unique portal can be accessed by its own link and provided to end users through an internal or external site.
