Meet some of our EAM experts

Doug Henstridge
Doug HenstridgeSenior Industry Consultant
With nearly 35 years of experience in GIS, spatial data integration, and asset management, Doug Henstridge has been at the forefront of helping organizations optimize their infrastructure and maintenance strategies. Doug's expertise spans facilities, parks, and public works asset management at the city, county, and state levels. Holding an M.A. from the University of Heidelberg, Germany, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, Doug combines deep technical knowledge with strategic planning and project management. He has led major infrastructure projects, including work with the City of Los Angeles, the State of New Hampshire, and the Turkish Prime Ministry. Notably, he played a key role in implementing a GIS-based asset and capital project development solution Turkish Prime Ministry and leading efforts to map underground utilities for the Bradley Terminal redevelopment at LAX. An active PMI member, Doug holds a PMP certification and has contributed to the industry by teaching project management at local colleges. Doug also enjoys giving back through academic and extracurricular activities at their daughter’s high school. Outside of work, Doug is an avid reader who enjoys spending time with family and tackling small home improvement projects.
Tom Seman
Tom SemanLead Sales Engineer
Tom Seman brings over a decade of experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions, specializing in FleetFocus implementation and support. With a career that began in professional services as an implementation expert, Tom transitioned to the sales team, leveraging a deep technical background to guide organizations in selecting and optimizing EAM solutions. Throughout his career, Tom has worked with a diverse range of clients, including city, county, state, federal, and private organizations. Helping them identify and implement solutions tailored to their unique asset and fleet management needs. This breadth of experience has equipped him with the expertise to address complex challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive operational efficiency. Beyond Tom's professional endeavors, he enjoys exploring the outdoors, training jiu-jitsu, and bowling.
Dawn Frommelt
Dawn FrommeltProfessional Services Manager
Dawn Frommelt has over 16 years of experience in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software industry, she has dedicated her career to helping city, county, and state governments optimize asset and work management. Before joining the EAM world, Dawn worked in financial services, gaining valuable expertise in relationship management, executive leadership, and project management. Dawn holds a B.S. in Accounting, an MBA in Business Management, and a PMP certification, bringing a strong blend of technical knowledge and leadership to every project. Dawn's expertise includes project management, asset and work management software implementation, and team leadership. Over the years, she has led numerous impactful government projects and even played a key role in a Fortune 100 company acquisition. Beyond work, Dawns is passionate about giving back. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Dubuque Regional Humane Society (DRHS) and has used her project management skills to support various DRHS initiatives. Outside of the office, Dawn loves reading, traveling, and spending time with her two children, family, and friends.
