eRIMS Risk Management Information System

Manage claims of all lines of business, including document management, custom letters, financials, diary system and more. Interface with TPA’s and Carriers.

Easy intake of incidents with auto-notification, investigation, OSHA logs and TPA/Carrier reporting.

Proactively manage Patient Safety with a customizable incident entry tool that provides for anonymous reporting, customized workflow management, HR/Patient Record integration. Incidents are maintained for Quality management and also seamlessly integrate with the Claims module.

Simple interface to maintain transitive job duties that can be assigned to injured employees. Sleek calendar interfaces allow for simple viewing of job assignments. Job restrictions and department alerts are a great feature of this module.

Manage all aspects of property management including COPE data, values, ownership, contacts and more. Simple spreadsheet imports of values provided. Can interface with RS Means, Marshall & Swift, etc. Property inspection and maintenance are tracked and interactive scheduling of items that need attention and repair. Complete complex field audits using our mobile features with this module.

Manage incoming Certificates for vendors, tenants or contractors to assure required coverage with automatic notification letters.

Maintain all policies, premiums, deductibles, layers, quota shares and more. Assign to properties and claims for policy erosion and premium allocation with timely Erosion Notices.

Comprehensive Contact module to manage users, companies, and other entities within the eRIMS3 system.

Seamlessly integrate external data into any module from TPA’s, Carriers, HR Systems, etc. Easily export data to other systems including Accident information to TPA. Our system can import data on any temporal period the client desires. Once an import is executed there are not any fees for continual downloads or exports.

Create and schedule ad hoc reports on the fly with any field in the system with graphical charts. All reports can be scheduled and delivered via email or virtual folder in Excel, Word or PDF formats to tailored Recipient Lists.


Stay on top of all aspects of environmental needs including tanks, permits, audits, SPCC’s, Phase I’s with automatic notifications. Module features include importing of VOC data and other permit based analysis.

A comprehensive and diverse approach to the management of numerous construction sites. This feature manages everything from contractors to materials being used within a given site. The paperless system takes the project from conception through turn over. Includes warranty and maintenance features. Tracks changes, inspections, invoicing and all correspondence.
