FSS 6.3 Update Series – Field Ticketing Feature

With the release of FSS 6.3 right around the corner, we’re excited to bring you a sneak peek at some of its new ticketing features.

With input from you, our customers, we’ve designed these features to further improve your day-to-day workflow. We hope these updates will provide an opportunity for you to improve upon the already strong FSS processes you’ve come to rely on for your business.

As we get closer to the release date, we’ll provide you with updates on even more of the exciting new features you’ll have access to in FSS 6.3. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to the Customer Care Team.

Here is a breakdown of some updates for the field ticketing feature:

Print/Export Multiple Tickets at Once with Attachments Embedded Attachments

In the last version of FSS, users were required to print/export individual tickets separately.  They were forced to print/exports attachments separately as well. FSS 6.3 introduces the ability to print/export multiple tickets at a time. In addition, you can choose to embed attachments directly in the printout or export.

Customizable Ticket Table Views

Users in the past were limited to one global ticket table view.  Administrators attempted to display and order columns in a way to meet everyone’s needs.

FSS 6.3 puts this ability in the hands of individual users.

User can select which columns they want displayed in their table view as well as drag the columns around to get them in the perfect order.

Ticket Management on the Go

In older versions of FSS, you were required to have a PC to manage tickets. Users had to carry around laptops in order to manage or even view tickets while out in the field.

FSS 6.3 changes everything.

Users will finally have the ability to manage tickets on their mobile devices. You’re able to have a quick look at active tickets before arriving at the office so you are ready to start the day.

Make changes for your operators any time without needed to boot up your PC. Ensure that last load of the day was finished from the comfort of your couch.
