At AssetWorks, our goal is to create innovative solutions to help our customers thrive. We work with our customers on cutting-edge projects for the fleet and asset management industry. One of the most effective ways to do this is through the use of a SIG. The SIG (Special Interest Group) process involves several different parties (customers, the AssetWorks research and development team and AssetWorks Customer Care) working together to create the best possible product for our users. Right now, we have 5 customers involved in a Special Interest Group to help us bring three new products to market in 2021.
While participation in the SIG requires an investment of time to provide calculated criticism for the product, the effort put forward helps us build a product that meets your needs and the needs of the industry. As a Special Interest Group participant, you will have access to AssetWorks staff and our resources to put your mark on the product that you will help shape to be effective and useful to the fleet and asset management community at large. Not to mention that being a SIG participant gives you a head start on ensuring that the new product will fit your specific processes.
