5 Reasons to Attend the 2023 AssetWorks Academy
It feels like we were in Hollywood just yesterday for the 2022 AssetWorks Academy, but the AssetWorks team is getting ready to pack our bags for the 2023 Academy in Louisville, Kentucky. We want our customers to get the most out of our conferences, so we always aim to go bigger and better each year. That being said, here are just five of the many reasons you should hit the road to Louisville for this year’s Academy.
1. Get to Visit Louisville
As mentioned, Academy will be in Louisville, Kentucky- known for the world’s best bourbon and fried chicken. Louisville is a fast-growing city with many new attractions coming to the area. Academy will be held at the Omni Louisville Hotel, located in the center of downtown, close to Churchill Downs, the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory, Waterfront Park, and the Belle in Louisville.
2. New Customer-Led Sessions
One of the main reasons Academy is so valuable for fleet and asset professionals is because it offers the opportunity to learn from other peers through discussing and exchanging industry best practices. We understand the importance of networking, so we decided to do something different this year with our Academy sessions.
We did an open call for presentations to encourage our customers to expand our agenda and showcase how they’ve overcome specific challenges or improvised their business processes. These customer-led sessions are now on the Academy agenda, and our customers are excited to open the floor to discussion.
3. Learn From Experts
The very AssetWorks professionals who developed and implemented your software will be at Academy. Not only will they be hosting sessions, but they will also be in the HUB to help hands-on implement what you learned in your attended sessions. Having our experts at arm’s length is the perfect opportunity to advance your knowledge and provide any product feedback to ensure your fleet and asset organization continue improving operations.
4. New AssetWorks Product Launch
Every year, AssetWorks announces a new product launch at Academy, and this year is no different. We don’t want to spoil the surprise, but we can say it is one of a kind and guaranteed to shock the industry.
5. VIP Event at Churchill Downs
Every year AssetWorks plans a VIP Event just for our customers, and this year it will be at Churchill Downs. Although the Kentucky Derby will not be happening while we are at Academy, we have a lot planned for our VIP Event. Those who attend will enjoy a delicious dinner, mint juleps, live music, mock betting, and spectacular views of the world-famous racetrack. The fun does not end there! We will also be hosting a Kentucky Derby-themed costume contest at the event! The attendees with the best costume will receive a special prize.
