Who we are
The Customer Care – Hardware Solutions team takes pride in supporting the AssetWorks FuelFocus and KeyValet solutions. With years of technical hardware and software support experience, they’re here to assist you in achieving and maintaining precise asset management and cost management of vehicles, fluids, telematics and more. The team currently consists of John Wiskowski, Customer Care Manager, and our Hardware Support Representatives including Paul Andris, Philip Bean, Ryan Lonergan and Sean Stillwell.
So what is FuelFocus?
FuelFocus is an automated fuel management software system that supports continuous, real-time fuel management over virtually any communication platform. Its sophisticated combination of hardware and software provides accountability for metered or pulsed consumables, including gasoline, diesel, propane, CNG, LNG, hydrogen, glycol and lubricants. In fact, this level of critical management often helps organizations see fuel cost savings of up to 15% annually.
So what is KeyValet?
KeyValet is a comprehensive motor pool management solution for managing all aspects of running a motor pool, including customer reservations, vehicle check-out, billing and maintenance of vehicles. Motor pools assist fleet managers in reducing fleet size while increasing utilization. Through dedicated hardware and software, KeyValet helps fleet managers stay on top of the data and other important information of their fleet, no matter how spread out it is.

What the Hardware Support team does
The team assists customers with the support and maintenance of all hardware and on device software related to our FuelFocus and KeyValet installations. This includes Island Control Unit (ICU), KeyValet (KeyBox) and Wireless Automated Fueling (WAF) components. They partner closely with internal teams and external partners to provide accurate and responsive solutions. This includes the PartWorks team, who are always available to assist our customers with the procurement and replacement of hardware components. With Quality Assurance (QA) more important than ever, they regularly evaluate new FuelFocus releases, hardware components and firmware.
