On-site, initial training is conducted in a classroom setting with training materials that augment both lectures and hands-on lab time. A series of detailed training manuals and a User’s Guide are provided.
Online Training Videos
Customers with a current support agreement may watch online training videos. Online training enables users to learn more about basic software functions, enriching their knowledge of the software and extending the value the customer derives from it.
Designed to help users at existing implementation derive maximum value from the software. Students are generally new officers, dispatchers, student workers, and office staff. Flexible training options include online, web conferencing, or classroom instruction.
