Presented by Aaron Davis
Preventive Maintenance is a primary focus for all facility maintenance organizations. Setting up an effective PM program in a computerized system is easier said than done and is the challenge. This session will focus on the proper setup and configuration required in the AiM Preventive Maintenance Module to effectively project labor and material costs for future months, quarters and years. Let’s take a stroll through the Preventive Maintenance Module in AiM and go over the configurations step by step so that we can garner a better understanding of the design intent of the PM Module in AiM.
- Leveraging AiM using the out of the box tools to effectively plan and schedule PMs.
- Additional options to automate PM schedule date generation (every night wipe and redo two years out).
- Understanding necessity of estimated labor, material, contract and equipment costs on PM procedures.
- Sample report that shows PM labor and cost projections.
