With over 20 years of fixed asset data collection and reconciliation experience, AssetWorks has married software functionality with smart hardware technology. Easy data capturing methods and full mobile database capabilities are the cornerstones of the AssetMobile software design. In addition to its data reconciliation capabilities, AssetMobile gives users the ability to capture tags via barcode scanner, HF RFID, UHF RFID, as well as manual entry. AssetMobile is the most flexible and accurate asset reconciliation package available in the fixed asset inventory and management industry.
AssetMobile is our licensed Mobile software for use with Windows 7 devices. AssetMobile enables users to import data directly from their AiM database, collect their field information and verify existing assets, and update their AiM fixed asset database using this efficient and smart tool.
Our AssetMobile software features are conducive to an accurate and efficient data reconciliation process by streamlining re-inventory workflow processes. These features make it easier for the end user to conduct and review their re-inventory tasks. AssetMobile is fully compatible with AiM FAS and AssetMAXX.
AiMport
Once the fieldwork has been collected, or nightly as a backup, the re-inventory data is uploaded to the AiMport module in your AiM database. AiMport collects the data in a holding area and displays the changes to be accepted or rejected by the user. Asset additions, changes in location, changes in department, fund, custodian, or a number of other data points, are displayed for comparison, and if accepted, are incorporated in your AiM database. Transactions such as department, fund, or location transfers, when accepted, automatically generate entries in the appropriate history table for audit trail purposes.
